Earth 10: 17 default heroes

Here are the 17 repeating heroes of the DC universe. Eventually all of these will turn up in the setting, but not all of them are members of the Justice Alliance of America, Earth 10’s answer to the JSA and JLA.

Of course players can also choose to play recreated versions of existing characters who are not repeaters, or entirely new characters. My ideal for the Justice Alliance is ½ repeaters, with no more than one entirely new character. It looks like we might have that as our structure.
